Where can I buy offline?
Currently Karmin is only sold online. Many hair salons do carry Karmin so you can also ask your local salon if they have Karmin.
Do you offer discounts for Professionals?
Yes we do. If you are a professional please contact us for more information on discounts and wholesale prices.
How do I become an authorized Karmin distributor?

Where are my products shipped from?
We have warehouses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany. We will always do our best to send from the nearest warehouse but in some cases we may need to ship from another warehouse.

Yes, we can ship to almost any country.
How do I track my order?
You can login to your account to track your order. You can login here.
You can also contact CS@kamin.ca email for an update if you have not received tracking info.
Why does my order still show as processing?
If your order says “Processing”, it is being prepared for shipping. If it says “Shipped”, we’ve handed it off to a shipping carrier and you can view any available tracking information in your account.
If you do not have an account with us, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, you can and will have this option during checkout.
What if I cannot be there to accept my parcel upon delivery?
Most items can be left at the door or a mailbox per carrier notes. Items typically don’t require a signature or someone to be present. If special delivery is needed please leave a note in the email for the request during checkout.
Can I pay extra for express shipping?
Yes, we do offer upgraded express for $17.99 to some countries, if it’s available for your location you will see the option to upgrade shipping during checkout.

What if I don’t like my product?
Karmin is dedicated to providing the most exceptional customer service possible. If you are not completely satisfied you may return products within 30-days for a full refund. Store credit will be issued for returns granted after 30 days of delivery when the product is returned to the company. Please see below for “How to process returns”
How to Return: We’re sorry you are unhappy with your product! We always want to make sure we leave our Karmin family satisfied. If you are unhappy for any reason within 30-days of product delivery please contact our customer service team at CS@Karmin.ca. Please include your full name, order number, address, reason for return. We will respond within 72-hours of request.
How do I return my product?
Important* Please DO NOT send the item back to the same address you received it from without contacting us first.
1. For returns, please send your receipt and give your reason for return to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply and let you know what steps to follow.
2. If possible, reuse your original shipping box and packing materials to secure the item(s).
Please note* Due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns of used items. All returns must be new in the original package.
My package arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your package arrived damaged please contact customer service ASAP so that we can take care of the situation accordingly and get a new product delivered to you right away. Please visit our contact page for phone and email information.
How will I know my return has been received?
As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive an updated email as confirmation of your return.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive this email within 15 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with Customer Service and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have returned your parcel using a service that can be tracked, please provide the reference number and carrier when you contact us.
How do I receive my refund?
Refunds will be made to the card used for the original transaction. Please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to post to your account after refunding. If you paid using PayPal then your PayPal account will be credited accordingly.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order passes our initial security measures it is immediately sent to our distribution centre to be dispatched. While we will aim to accommodate any order changes or cancellation requests but we cannot guarantee these can be actioned.
If I return my item under warranty will I be reimbursed for shipping costs?
Karmin does not cover the return shipping costs however, we will cover the cost to ship any replacement item.
How long is my warranty?
Warranty will cover all items that are damaged or no longer function due to factory defects. Items that are dropped or mistreated are not covered by the warranty. Warranty options include a 1-year with optional 2 year and 3 year buy-up options.

Yes we will send you an invoice for your order via email and you can also login to your account and download your invoices.
